User Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS USER AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting CONTENT OR SUBMITTING TO PARTICIPATE IN PROGRAMMING OR WORKSHOPS.

By submitting to participate, volunteering for, and or accessing resources from www.theantibiaseducator.com you, the consumer (herein referred to as “you” or “You”) understand and acknowledge that you are entering into an agreement with Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting and agree to abide by the terms of this User Agreement and Terms of Use governing www.stephanietellis.com or any subsidiary sites (individually or collectively the “Website”). Additionally, I understand my access to Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting resources and trainings constitutes consent to Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting’s Privacy Policy posted on the Website, as revised from time to time. I have had the chance to review the Privacy Policy posted on the Website prior access to Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting resources, events, programs, and trainings.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting hereby grants to you a limited, non-transferable, royalty-free and non-exclusive license to access Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting and its related materials strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Any violation of this Agreement shall result in but not limited to revocation of access to Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting resources and trainings with no right to refund of monies paid and/or criminal prosecution or filing of civil lawsuit.

You may access Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting and associated materials including videos, voice recordings, private online groups, GOOGLE docs, worksheets, guides, and checklists (the “Content”) only for your personal educational purposes. You may not permit anyone else to use your account to access the Website or accompanying Content, including any resources provided by third parties that Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting makes available to you. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account access credentials (including any username or password used to access resources on or through the Website), and you are responsible for any unauthorized use of your account. It is a violation of this Agreement for anyone to access Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting or the Content without Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting’s express written authorization. You agree to notify Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. Until you notify Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting, you remain solely responsible for such unauthorized use and any damages that may result therefrom. Any sharing or unauthorized use of your personal credentials by a third party to access Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting or its Content shall be considered a violation of Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting’s intellectual property rights in a manner of which monetary damages would not be sufficient and all legal remedies shall be pursued.

UNAUTHORIZED COPYING, REPRODUCTION, REPUBLISHING, UPLOADING, DISTRIBUTING, FORWARDING, POSTING, SUMMARIZING, TRANSMITTING OR DUPLICATING ANY OF THE MATERIAL IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

You may download any materials that are explicitly downloadable from Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting for personal, noncommercial educational and informational purposes, provided that the documents are not modified or resold for similar purposes including but not limited to live events, workshops, webinars, info-products, or e-courses unless expressly provided in a separate written agreement.

Courageous Classrooms and other names, logos and marks related to Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting and its services are trademarks and/or service marks of Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting, and are protected by law. Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting reserves all rights to its trademarks and service marks, which may only be used with the prior written permission of Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting. Fair use of the trademarks and service marks requires proper acknowledgment. Nothing in this Agreement grants or transfers to you or to any third party any ownership rights in Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting, including but not limited to copyright or any other intellectual property rights related to the content, materials, and underlying templates including trademarks to logos, phrase content and community supporting Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting, the names, logos and marks of other entities may appear on the Website but are the trademarks or service marks of those entities, and their appearance on the Website does not imply the endorsement of Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting by or affiliation of Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting with those entities, except as expressly indicated.

Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting provides general information for educational purposes only; Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting is not designed to and does not provide career, financial, investment, or tax advice through its materials. Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting is controlled and operated by Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting from its offices in Maryland. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and in the state and federal courts of the State of Maryland, USA. Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting makes no representation that this material is appropriate for users in other jurisdictions.

Notice or other communication between you, and Notice or other communication between you, and Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting may be given by conventional first-class mail or an overnight delivery service, such as FedEx or UPS that provides proof of delivery. Notices sent by first-class mail are effective on the fifth day after mailing. Notices sent by overnight delivery service are effective the next business day after they are sent. Notices should be sent to the attention of Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting [1602 Barclay Street, Baltimore, MD 21202] . Communications made through electronic mail or messaging shall in no way be deemed to constitute legal notice to or service of process on Stephanie Tellis Coaching and Consulting or any of its officers, employees, agents or representatives, including but not limited to any notice required by contract or by any federal, state or local laws, rules or regulations. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and all prior agreements, representations, statements, and undertakings, oral or written, are hereby expressly superseded and canceled.
